Purposeful Self Leadership +
Individuals presented with opportunities and challenges in their lives are compelled to transform themselves to stay relevant. It is proposed that such transformation would be effective if conducted purposefully. Being purposeful is creating a positive impact on the people and environment the individual encounters.
Purposeful Self Leadership is developed through customised interventions that draw on various diagnostics, sciences and methods, informed by Autoethnographic research by Dr Ranjan L G De Silva on ‘Living Purposefully as a leadership development practitioner’ and his lifelong learnings in leading self and others.
